Affinity Home Hospice Services is an Alabama owned and operated organization founded on the principles of exceptional care, customer service and continuous quality improvement. Affinity has provided needed assistance to patients, caregivers and referral sources by listening to and responding to their individual needs since 2004.

Our team members are experts in symptom management, in providing support and counseling for patients and their families.
Our staff sees the individual as more than a physical body. Our skilled professionals design a comprehensive plan of care, individualized to each patient, which addresses not only the physical needs but also the emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Counseling and education about disease management and the dying process are provided to the family unit in conjunction with patient care.
A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions or concerns that might arise and to provide assistance and support as needed. Our patients are accepted to our program based on their need for our services rather than their ability to pay.
