Caregiver Resources

Caring for an individual with a terminal illness is not something for which most of us are prepared.  Often with anything with which we are unfamiliar, the best first step is determining what we don’t know and asking the right questions. The process of learning about caring for someone with a life-limiting illness will take time. You will likely need to tap into many different resources to get the information you need.

We have designed this portion of the web site specifically for people like you – caregivers who want to learn more about what they can do to help their loved ones.  We’ve provided links to many helpful resources and sources of information that will help you grow in your knowledge of understanding and caring for the dying.

We trust you will find these links useful and informative.  Hopefully most of your questions and concerns will be addressed by tapping into the resources we’ve provided. If you still have questions or need someone to talk to, do not hesitate to contact our office at 205.949.0400 or 866.697.0400.  Be sure to click on the “Frequently Asked Questions” link to see if you can find the information you seek there.
